We believe that choosing your wedding gown should be a magical experience and something you remember forever. As a bride-to-be you deserve to be the center of attention, so we have created a unique, relaxing environment that puts you at the focus. For this reason we work by appointment only so you have the whole boutique to yourself for the duration of your appointment.

Your Appointment FAQs
Where are you located?
We are near the intersection of Khyber Pass Road and Symonds Street, next to Cheapskates (map).
Is there parking nearby?
There is a paid parking area just around the corner at 226 Symonds St (map).
How long is an appointment?
Initial consultations are for one hour, in which time you will have the boutique to yourself with our full attention. We will chat to you about your wedding and the ideas you have for your dress, then assist you in choosing the gowns you would like to try on.
Follow up appointments are for half an hour to allow you time to retry on your favourites.
How many gowns can I try on?
We find that there is usually time for up to 8 bridal gowns, depending on how long you have each wedding dress on for.
Who should I bring to my appointment?
Our bridal boutique comfortably seat 4 guests.
It is totally up to you who you bring to your appointment. However, we recommend bringing the friends or family members that know you well—people whose opinion you value and trust.
What should I bring to my appointment?
We recommend wearing nude underwear and a strapless bra. Feel free to bring your wedding shoes if you have them too. It is also great to bring along images of the types of wedding dresses you like so we can point you to the right styles.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
As we work by appointment only we ask that you would kindly let us know 48 hours in advance if you are not able to make your appointment. That will then allow us to book in another bride from our waiting list.
How long will it take to receive the gown I have ordered?
Each bridal designer has a different timeframe for dress delivery as all the gowns are made to order. It is recommended you come and see us at least 6 months before your wedding as our bridal designers generally require 3 to 6 months to fill an order and you may want to allow time to have it fitted before the wedding.
Once my gown arrives will I need alterations?
Before we order your wedding gown from the bridal designer we take your measurements. Your wedding gown will be made either to your measurements or to the closest standard size.
We recommend working with an alterations specialist to get the perfect individual fit for your wedding gown. We can provide the details of a lovely Auckland-based specialist who we work closely with if you do not have one in mind.
